Dispozice

Dispozice tells you the floor plan in Czech listing shorthand. The first number is the count of habitable rooms (beyond the kitchen). The suffix tells you whether the kitchen is open (+kk for kitchenette) or closed (+1 for separate room).

When you read a listing, the dispozice is usually the second piece of info after the title (for example '2+kk, 55 m², Vinohrady'). That tells you almost everything you need to know about the size and layout before opening photos.
