Přechodné bydliště

Temporary residence registration, confirms that you're living at a specific Czech address without being permanently registered there. Used by foreigners and short-term residents.

Přechodné bydliště is a temporary residence address, distinct from trvalý pobyt (permanent). Non-EU expats register theirs with cizinecká policie. EU citizens generally don't need temporary registration unless their employer requires it.

Practically, your přechodné bydliště is just the flat where you live day-to-day. The registration is mostly bureaucratic; it doesn't carry the same rights as trvalý pobyt (parking permits, voting, etc.).
