Předávací protokol
The handover protocol, a signed document recording the flat's condition on move-in (and move-out) day. Critical evidence for getting your deposit back.
The předávací protokol records what state the flat was in when you got the keys. It should list: meter readings (electricity, gas, water), keys received, existing damages, condition of appliances, photos.
Both landlord and tenant sign it. When you move out, you and the landlord do a second protocol comparing the current state to the original. Damages caused by you come out of your deposit. Damages that were already there don't.
