Realitní kancelář (realitka in informal speech) is the Czech equivalent of a real estate brokerage. Most Prague rental listings on Sreality and Bezrealitky's commercial section are posted by realitky.
If you find your flat via a realitka, expect to pay them a commission (provize) of one month's rent + 21% VAT. You can avoid this by going through platforms that list direct-from-owner flats: Bezrealitky's free section, DomuHQ, and Facebook groups. The catch is more searching effort and fewer turnkey services.
