DomuBot, your AI assistant (coming soon)

DomuBot is DomuHQ's upcoming in-app AI assistant. It'll answer questions about the platform, explain your compatibility scores, help you search in plain language, and hand off to human support when it can't help.

What DomuBot will do

  • Answer questions about DomuHQ in plain language ("how do I cancel my plan", "why am I getting low compatibility scores").
  • Explain a specific compatibility breakdown ("why is Anna a 87% match? which dimensions agree, which don't?").
  • Help you search in natural language ("a 1+kk in Karlín under 18,000 with a balcony") rather than filter pickers.
  • Walk you through identity verification, listing creation, applications.
  • Hand off to a human (email support) when the question is past its competence or sensitive.

What DomuBot won't do (and why)

  • Won't make decisions on your behalf. It won't apply to listings, won't sign contracts, won't accept applications.
  • Won't replace human support for disputes, refunds, safety issues, or legal questions. Those always escalate to a person.
  • Won't access your bank, payment methods, or sensitive identity data beyond what you've explicitly shared in chat.
  • Won't use your conversations to train external models. Per GDPR, our processing is documented in the privacy policy.

Where to find it (when live)

Profile → Help & Support → Ask DomuBot. There'll be a label "Ask DomuBot" with a chat icon. Tap to open. The first version is text-only; voice may come later.
