Suggest a feature or report a problem
Bug reports go to support. Feature requests, suggestions, and ideas go to feedback.domuhq.cz where you can post publicly, vote on what others have posted, and see what we are working on next.
Which channel to use
- Safety issue (scam, harassment, fake listing), in-app Report a Problem or … menu on a profile. Reviewed within 24 hours, urgent ones (subject URGENT to support@domuhq.cz) within 2-4 hours.
- Bug or technical issue, email support@domuhq.cz. Include screenshot, the URL, what you expected vs what happened, and your browser or device. Most replies within 24 hours.
- Account-specific issue (billing question, verification stuck, lost data), email support@domuhq.cz with your registered email so we can look up the account.
- Feature request, improvement idea, or roadmap suggestion, post at feedback.domuhq.cz. Public, votable, the product team reads every entry.
Why we use a public feedback site
Three reasons:
- You can see what other people are asking for, often someone has already requested what you want and you can just upvote.
- Voting tells us what is hot, the highest-voted suggestions get prioritized for the next quarter.
- When we ship a feature, we close out the suggestion with a link to the release, so you know your vote moved something.
How to write a feature request that gets traction
- Title, the suggestion in five words. Skip Could you add and start with the noun, e.g. Bulk-edit listings instead of Could you add bulk-edit for listings please.
- What problem you are trying to solve, one or two sentences. We prioritize by problem severity, not idea cleverness, so this section matters.
- What you imagine the solution looks like, optional. Helpful if you have a specific UI in mind, but if you are not sure leave it open and let the team figure it out.
- Who else this helps, hosts, renters, roommates, Squads, expats, students. Helps us scope the audience.
What happens after you post
The product team reviews new posts weekly. We tag them by category (matching, applications, billing, mobile, etc.), reply with our thinking if it is clearly something we will (or will not) do, and move the strong ones into our roadmap. You will get a notification when a suggestion you posted or voted on moves status.
Roadmap and what we are building
The same feedback site also shows what we are working on right now (In Progress) and what shipped recently (Done). If you are wondering whether a feature is coming, that is the place to check before posting a new request.

Frequently asked questions
Will I get a reply when I post on feedback.domuhq.cz?
Not always individually, but every post is read and tagged. Strong suggestions get a public reply from the team (which everyone can see). Status changes (In Progress, Done, Closed) notify the original poster and anyone who voted.
Can I post anonymously?
Your post is associated with your account email by default. You can use an alternate display name on feedback.domuhq.cz if you do not want your real name attached, but every post is tied to an account so we can prevent spam.
What if I want to talk to the founders directly?
Public feedback is the best channel for everyone, the founders read it. For a private conversation, email contact@domuhq.cz with subject Founders and we will route appropriately.
