Choose a DomuHQ plan: free trial, Basic, Plus, Pro

Early access starts with a 60-day free trial. After that, DomuBasic is free forever (browse only). DomuPlus and DomuPro unlock everything else. Here's the breakdown.

Free during our launch period

During our launch period, every plan is free. You'll see a 'Free during our launch period' badge in Manage Subscription instead of a countdown. We'll email you when the launch period is ending so you can pick a paid plan without a surprise.

After the launch period: pick a plan or drop to Basic

When the launch period ends, if you don't choose a paid plan, you automatically move to DomuBasic (free forever). You keep your profile and history, you can still browse listings and preview compatibility scores, but you can't connect, message, apply, list, or join Squads. Upgrade any time to unlock those again.

Personal plans (Roommate + Renter + Spare-Room Host)

One subscription covers all three personal roles. You don't pay per role.

  • DomuBasic, free. Create a profile, take the assessment, browse listings, preview compatibility scores. Can't connect, message, apply, list, or join Squads.
  • DomuPlus, 299 CZK / month. Identity verification, unlimited connecting and messaging, apply to listings, list one spare room, join or create Squads, lifetime Verified badge.
  • DomuPro, 699 CZK / 3 months. Everything in Plus, plus market insights, enhanced search visibility, and advanced DomuBot features (when DomuBot launches).

Professional host plans

Managing multiple properties? You'll want a professional host plan instead of a personal one. These are priced differently and have different feature sets, listings, applicant screening, analytics. Switching, cancelling, refunds

Cancel any time from Profile → My Hub → Manage Subscription. Access continues to the end of the current billing period. You keep your profile, compatibility data, and lifetime Verified badge after cancelling.

Switching between personal plans (Basic to Plus, Plus to Pro, or back down) is instant. Switching from a personal plan to a professional host plan pauses your Roommate/Renter profiles for 90 days (data preserved but inaccessible). You can reactivate inside that window by switching back; after the 90-day grace, paused data is removed. Don't switch unless you're confident you'll stay on the professional side.

Billing

Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card details. Invoices are emailed and stored under Manage Subscription. When the iOS app launches, App Store in-app purchases will be managed through Apple.

What about the Verified badge?

The Verified badge is lifetime once earned. Even if you later cancel your subscription and drop to DomuBasic, the badge stays. Verification carries across roles too, verify once for Roommate, Renter, and Host.

    Open Manage Subscription

    Profile → My Hub → Manage Subscription. You'll see your current plan, the 'Free during launch' badge if applicable, and side-by-side cards for the other plans.

    Compare plans

    Read the feature list under each plan. Tap a plan card for a longer per-feature breakdown.

  3. 3

    Pick a plan

    30 seconds

    Tap Upgrade on the plan you want. You'll go to a Stripe checkout. We don't store card details.

  4. 4

    Confirm and pay

    1 minute

    Enter card details (or pick a saved card if you're already a customer). Stripe confirms; you bounce back to DomuHQ with the new plan active.

  5. 5

    Cancel any time, same place

    10 seconds

    On Manage Subscription, tap Cancel. Access continues to the end of the period; you don't lose anything you've already done.

Frequently asked questions

  • Can I get a refund if I cancel mid-period?

    DomuHQ doesn't issue partial-period refunds; your access just continues until the period you paid for ends. Exceptions for billing errors, email billing@domuhq.cz with your invoice.

  • If I move to DomuBasic, do I lose my Squad?

    You keep being a Squad member if you were one, but you can't perform actions that require Plus or above, you can't apply, message in the Squad chat, or be the captain on a new application. To rejoin the active flow, upgrade.

  • Is the 60-day trial offered to new signups forever?

    No. The 60-day trial is an early-access promotion. As we exit beta, the trial length will shorten (likely to 14-30 days). Lock in your trial by signing up sooner rather than later.

  • Can I pay in CZK or EUR?

    Plans are priced in CZK. Stripe handles conversion automatically if your card is in another currency, your bank applies its own FX rate.
