Who professional plans are for
If you have one spare room where you live, you don't need a professional plan, DomuPlus on the personal side covers it. Professional plans are for landlords with multiple units, real-estate agencies, and property managers handling more than 3 listings.
Three tiers
- DomuPro Host (999 CZK / month). 1-3 listings, applicant screening with compatibility scores, basic analytics.
- DomuPremium Host (1,999 CZK / month). 5-10 listings, enhanced analytics, priority placement in search results.
- DomuEnterprise Host (custom). Unlimited listings, full analytics, API access. Priced per organization, contact us for a quote.

ČÚZK property verification
Every listing on a professional plan is cross-checked against the Czech Cadastral Registry (ČÚZK) for ownership and building characteristics. You'll be asked to upload one of: cadastral extract (výpis z katastru / list vlastnictví), purchase agreement, lease with subletting permission, or power of attorney. This is what gives renters confidence that the property is real and you have the right to rent it out.
Switching from personal to professional
Important: this is a one-way move with consequences. When you switch:
- Your Roommate and Renter profiles are paused immediately (hidden from matches and search, but data preserved).
- Reactivate within those 90 days by switching back. After the grace period ends, the paused profile data is removed.
- Once the 90-day grace ends, switching back to Roommate or Renter requires creating a new account.
If you're not sure you'll stay professional for the long term, don't switch, stay on the personal Plus or Pro plans, which still allow listing your spare room.
Choosing between Pro, Premium, and Enterprise
- Have 1-3 properties and want to test the platform → Pro Host.
- Have 5-10 properties, want better analytics and priority placement → Premium Host.
- Agency or institutional landlord with 10+ properties, need API access for property-management integration → Enterprise. Talk to us at sales@domuhq.cz.
Billing
Same as personal plans: Stripe, monthly billing, cancel any time. Cancellation ends professional access at the end of the period; your listings are unpublished but preserved for 30 days if you reactivate, then deleted.

Acknowledge the personal-side pause
30 secondsSwitching shows a confirmation that explains the 90-day pause and permanent deletion of Roommate/Renter data. Read it. Type SWITCH to confirm.

Pay and activate
1 minuteStripe checkout. Card details (or saved card). On success you bounce back to a Host dashboard.

Verify your properties with ČÚZK
5-10 minutes per propertyUpload ownership or right-to-rent proof for each property. The cadastral extract option is fastest if you can get it online (katastrnemovitosti.cz). DomuHQ cross-checks and confirms within 1 business day.
Frequently asked questions
Can I run a personal account AND a professional one?
Yes, on two separate accounts with separate emails and separate verifications. Some agencies do this if a colleague is also looking to rent personally. But you can't hold both modes on a single account simultaneously, the switch is one-way per account.
What's API access on Enterprise good for?
Property-management platforms (e.g. PropertyTree, Domos, Buildium) can sync listings, applicants, and contracts via the DomuHQ API. Useful if you already have a PMS and want DomuHQ to be one of several listing channels.
Do I pay tax on rental income via DomuHQ?
Same as off-platform rental income. Czech residents pay personal income tax on rental income (or VAT if a registered business). DomuHQ doesn't withhold tax; the host is responsible. Talk to a Czech accountant, DomuHQ provides invoice records you can hand them.
