Verify your business with IČO
Professional hosts and agencies verify the business once with their 8-digit IČO; after that every listing they publish carries the Verified badge automatically.
Two checks for professionals
- Identity (KYC): the same ID and selfie check every member does; see Complete your profile and get verified.
- Business (IČO): your company or sole-trader identifier, checked against the public ARES register.
Why it is worth it
Verified listings rank higher and convert better, and with business verification you never upload ownership documents per listing again: "New listings you publish are automatically verified." Renters can look up your IČO in ARES themselves, which is exactly the kind of check the safety guides tell them to do.
What can go wrong
IČO must be exactly 8 digits. Rejections usually mean the company name does not match the account name, or the register lists the business as inactive. The rejection reason is shown under the row; fix it and tap Edit and resubmit.
Agencies
The agency owner verifies the agency's IČO once; all agents publish verified listings under it.

Frequently asked questions
I am a sole trader (OSVČ). Does that count?
Yes. Your IČO from the trade register works the same way.
Do my existing listings get the badge?
Listings published before verification keep whatever document status they had; upload documents for them or republish.
Is my IČO shown to renters?
Your business name is shown on your host profile; the IČO itself is used for verification and shown as Submitted IČO only to you.
