Create your DomuHQ account in under 2 minutes

Before you start

You need an email address (or a Google / Apple ID) and a phone number that can receive SMS. Czech and international numbers both work. There's no fee to create the account, and you can switch between Roommate, Renter, and Host modes later from your profile.

Minimum age and consent

Minimum age to use DomuHQ is 16. If you're under 18, you need a parent or guardian's consent. By signing up you agree to the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, both are linked below the signup form.

Pick your role and your journey

DomuHQ asks for your role up front because the rest of the product changes based on it. After your account is created, you reach the welcome screen, "Let's Get Started, What's your housing goal?", and pick where to begin: Find Roommates, Find an Apartment, or List a Property / Room. You only complete onboarding for the role you choose; set up other roles later when you switch to them.

• Renter, you're looking for a flat, a room, or roommates.
• Roommate-seeker, you want to find people first and a place second. The matching quiz is built for you.
• Host, you have a property to list (or several). You'll see the host dashboard, not listings.
• Both, you're a tenant who plans to sublet, or a host who's also looking. You can toggle the active role from the profile menu any time.

Build a strong profile from day one

A complete profile ranks higher in matching. Add a clear photo, your "about me," what you're looking for, and your lifestyle details. Your Profile Score (shown in your hub, e.g. 60/100) reflects how complete it is, tap Manage Profile any time to improve it. The first version of your profile can be ready in 5 minutes; you'll iterate as you go.

What happens after signup

Once your phone is verified, you land on the role-specific onboarding for the path you chose. Renters see a quick interests questionnaire (budget, neighborhoods, move-in timing). Hosts see the listing-creation entry point. Roommates start the personality assessment. None of this is a paywall, you can skip anything that doesn't apply and come back later.

Already have an account?

If you've signed up before with the same email and you forgot, use the same provider you originally chose. Signing in with Google after originally using email won't merge accounts, you'll create a new one. If you're stuck, reset your password from the sign-in page or contact support.
